Job description

We are looking for a Growth Hacking and Content Marketing Manager to be responsible of our inbound marketing strategies, to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
  • Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Write, edit and improve content
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Analyze web traffic metrics

 

Requirements

  • Working experience in grow hacking marketing and content marketing
  • Able to use MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
  • Able to use SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Knowledge how to use A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge how to use website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Knowledge in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date knowledge about the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
