What We’re Looking for:
Hey there! We’re looking for an aspiring growth hacker, to help us achieve rapid and sustainable growth for GrowthRocks and our clients through data-fuelled marketing.
Depending on what you love to do and your skills, you might be:
- Building several content marketing strategies
- Distributing content through channels like social media, email, communities and outreach
- Coming up with actionable insights from several data sources and tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel
- Designing and managing growth strategies for us and our clients
- Managing and communicating with our clients
- Implementing the craziest thing we could think together that would drive super-growth!
At GrowthRocks, we work on small groups and each one is responsible for the success of our company and clients. We consider everything to be an experiment, from our management structure to our growth hacking marketing tactics, always keeping in mind our culture and values. We truly believe that without continual growth and progress, such words as achievement and success have no meaning, as Neil Patel says.
You will work in our office in Athens, but you’ll be able to work remotely or from your home whenever fits best for both yourself and our team. We also strive for that great balance of being a team that feels like a family. That means we share feedback regularly, support each other’s self-improvement efforts, and take mistakes as opportunities to learn together.

REQUIREMENTS
You have a deep understanding about growth hacking. You need to know how to identify the key metrics as well as the pain points and opportunities each company has, so you can drive more traction and growth for them. This means deep knowledge of digital marketing, AARRR metrics and funnels. This isn’t a strict requirement, but ideally, you have experience in:
- Content marketing
You have built or participated in a successful content marketing strategy and distribution. - SEO
You know what it takes to improve rankings in 2015 and drive organic traffic, from keyword analysis to technical optimization. - Marketing automation
You have worked with email marketing tools like Mailchimp and used automation and behavioural emails, to drive more conversions.
If you’ve read about all the above but you don’t have any experience, then you need to have two things:
- Confidence and willingness
You need to convince us that you are a fast learner and ready to invest in these topics. We’ll also invest in you, in such a case.
