Taxibeat is a new mobile service that aims to disrupt the global taxi industry in many ways. First and foremost, Taxibeat is a customer support company. We help people move around the cities and we need professionals to support this mobility in order to be reliable and safe.
You, as the Taxibeat Customer Support Representative, interact with taxi drivers and passengers to provide information in response to inquiries about the Taxibeat operations, solve technical problems and monitor the activities taking place on the Taxibeat marketplace using our sophisticated control panel.
You also handle and resolve passengers’ and drivers’ complaints, and all this interaction takes place by answering phone calls, responding through our CRM software, or face to face, especially for drivers who visit our offices to help them with their mobile phones and the Taxibeat application.

As a Taxibeat support professional, you must:
be fluent in English language, oral and written (see below why)
be passionate about helping people solve problems and make their life better
be a prolific user of touch screen smartphones, and able to help others understand how they work to get down to work.
love the Internet and the web based productivity services
have great communication skills over the phone and face to face interactions.
Please be aware that you might need to have rotating work hours. Taxibeat operates in a 24-hour, 7-day/week industry, so it must support its customers in evening hours and weekends. So please respond accordingly in the questionnaire whether you have restrictions in your working hours.

PROGRESSING ON THIS JOB:
This is first and foremost a role for a person with strong communication and organizational skills.
As you progress as a customer support professional, on a second stage you will become member of our International Startup Team. Since Taxibeat is expanding worldwide, it needs a team to support our local country partners to setup operations and procedures. This Startup Team will be responsible to help each new country local team setup operations in their country, train them in supporting their customers, and transfer the Taxibeat experience from previous launches in order to have a more successful launch themselves.
This is why you have to be fluent in English language, and also possess strong organizational skills so you will be able to organize teams around the world to operate efficiently, according to the Taxibeat standards and procedures.
